SOLVED Missing webUI Form for user and pass in Active Directory Section

Is the missing username and password section for the web form on this page normal behavior if the Active directory is online?
right now it's not an issues but should I change the password this might actually become one.

Spec:

I could try restarting Django but I just recently rebooted the device.

That's because you have a kerberos keytab selected. Remove the keytab and the username / password option should be visible.

I never used the Keytab when doing my active directory pairing but I did restore my configuration from a DB file recently, so I assume during the restoration it created that entry in the keytabs section. So this is the entry I should remove.

In 11.3 we switched to automatically generating a system keytab for our computer account in AD. This allows us to (starting in 12.0) present users with the option to add an NFS principal to the keytab which can be used for kerberos/NFSv4.
