Missing Storage Space

My main pool was at 92% capacity yesterday, with 712 gigabytes left free. I moved 405 gigabytes to my other pool, and I see today that my capacity is still at 92%. I looked, and I still only have 712 gigabytes free. I moved the data, it isn't there anymore and the folder it was in has been deleted. Where did that 405 gigabytes go?

Where have you moved the data to exactly?

Do you have any snapshots?

By main pool, what do you mean exactly? (screenshot?)

Culprit is almost positively snapshots.

There was a snapshot taking up 568 gigabytes. I don't remember setting any up. Oh well, thanks.

If you put the data in a dataset that has a reserved space that exceeds the size of the data you moved, you'd see the same behavior too.
