Missing CPU Data

My CPU Usage on the Dashboard and %CPU data is blank. I have tried unchecking and rebooting the System > System Dataset > Syslog and Reporting Database but that doesn't work either. Another odd thing is when if spin up a VM that "supposedly" uses lots of CPU my server will start beeping, from the CLI it says the CPU temps are in the 90C-105C range, if I stop the VM within seconds the beeping stops and temps are back in 65C range.

My specs are an E3-1230 V2, 16GB RAM, on a SuperMicro X9SCL running FreeNAS-11.2-RELEASE (Build Date: Dec 5, 2018 21:28)

There are several open bug tickets at bugs.freenas.org. It seems to be specific to certain CPUs.
