Migrate from ext4 to zfs FreeNAS

Old config:
omv 2 host at esxi with HBA direct pass thru 4TB RED x 2
New config:
physical c236 with G4400 2 brand new 4TB Red x 2 (Later will add the above 4TB x 2 after Rsync)

My Plan:
Rsync from OMV to FREENAS

Any Comment? Thanks
