Link aggregation or something else?

Hi all,

I currently have a homeserver running Truenas with linux vm's for my services.

My ISP speed is 100/10, soon to be 150/20 (free boost)
My WAN is built on a Ubiquiti AP and a xiaomi mi router 4a (openwrt flashed).

Would my services benefit from a 2nd ethernet input. My board has 4 ethernet ports.

LAGG isn't for bandwidth bundling. It's link redundancy. OpenWRT is capable of LACP bonding, but requires additional packages (in particular, luci-proto-bonding). However you'll likely see no performance increase.
