limitation of Snapshots

We are using FreeNAS 9.10.2-U1 version.
We are planing to configure Snapshots, is there any limitation for snapshots in terms of number?
Maximum how many snapshots we can configure?

None at all. Though space considerations might give a practical limit.

There are plenty of people with over 10000 snapshots. I think they're idiots, of course. But practically speaking, you can have more snapshots than you can possibly use.

It's not that difficult if you have a lot of datasets and keep some snapshots for a while.

Well whatever, I think if you have 10000 snapshots, you either have too many datasets, too frequent snapshots, or are keeping your snapshots too long.

But the user can feel free, if that's what he wants :)
