I'm trying to get Truenas 13 to work with Freeipa but even though I can save the LDAP config without errors being reported, the LDAP groups and users are never made available when setting permissions for datasets in the UI.
I also do not understand if the IDMAP options need to be changed and, if so, why I am required to specify LDAP connection settings again (save button is disabled until Base DN/User DN/Password are filled again.
Is there documentation anywhere explaining why IDMAP is even needed in the first place?
