I updated my Freenas rig and made a fresh install of freenas. Now having some performance issues with transfer speeds from windows desktop to freenas. Both setups were updated to latest freenas 9.3 release.

Old setup was :
MB: AsRock B75 Pro3-M
Mem: 2*8GB Kingstron non-ECC DDR3-1600@1333
CPU: Pentium G860
Boot: 2*16GB Kingston Datatraveller
HDD: 3*4TB WD Green RaidZ (wdidle modified to value 300), connected to intel chipset SATA2-ports
LAN: onboard Realtek RTL8111E

Transfer speed from windows desktop to Freenas was stable&constant 110MB/sec.

New setup :
MB: Supermicro X10SL7-F
Mem: 2*8GB Samsung ECC DDR3-1600@1333
CPU: Pentium G3260
Boot: 2*32GB Kingston Datatraveller
HDD: pool imported form old setup and connected to intel chipset SATA2-ports + new 3*3TB Seagate NAS drives connected to integrated LSI2308 controller running P20 IT-mode.
LAN: onboard Intel i210AT

Transfer speed from windows desktop to freenas is 62MB/sec to old pool (intel chipset controller) and 92MB/sec to new pool connected to LSI controller.

Any ideas how to speed up transfer speeed back to 100+ MB/sec level?

Found a cause. I added second ethernet connection to lan2 port and speeds were ok (100+MB/sec). Then with only lan2 speeds stayed 100+MB/sec. Then I changed back to only LAN1 and speed were still in 100+ grade. Cannot understand what could cause it.

One other change you made was adding more storage, using the same amount (16GB) of RAM.

Did you do any performance testing against the old pool on the new machine, before you added the new 3x3TB pool?
