Ho Guys,
I tried to set up a network "point to point - x over" by connecting a cable between the interfaces of my FreeNAS and my VMServer - I could see the FN server but the LUNs did not appear in VMWare, tested various points and nothing, when I returned to my LAN everything worked fine.
I read something on the internet saying that would not be possible to set up a cross network this way but I have read reports of people who have succeeded and were satisfied.
My idea is to make a high availability between iSCSI portals. Doubts:
1) you can set the crossover network in this way?
2) I can point out a LUN by 2 different ways?
3) My mother board one S1200V3RP has 2 NIC that supports "10Gb iSCSI ROM" - someone already used?
4) what time the mpio into the story?
Thank U!
