iscsi will not start

FreeNAS-8.3.1-RELEASE-p2-x86 (r12686+b770da6
I configured iscsi and it worked fine for days. Made a change, had an issue and then tried to stop and start iscsi service.
It will not start.
Help!?

Correct your issue, undo your issue, and then start the service.
