Iscsi targets for esxi

i want to have a few different iscsi targets (luns) available as shared iscsi storage so I can do all the vmotion and ha sweetness that vcenter offers. but I can’t seem to figure out how to make the targets properly so that 2 or 3 hosts can access them and when I create more than one target I’m having trouble seeing them on the hosts no matter what I do. I rescanned a million times and no joy. I think I’m doing something wrong with her being published to the portal or something. Does anyone have any examples of their configuration that I can look at to see how to config all this ? Thx.
