"Interupt hooks still waiting" during setup

im getting the message interupt hooks still waiting during the setup process. also seeing " scsi sense not ready medium not present" during the setup. I have tried disabling the firewire1394 in the bios but to no avail. Really at my whits end with this!

HELP!!!
