Installing nightly took 47 minutes

I installed FreeNAS-9.10-MASTER-201702241333 (51472a1) last night it took 47 minutes to finish installation. Most of the time was taken after step 1 was showing 100%.

16GB USB3 flash stick. By the way with this release installation would not install on 8GB flash stick.
