Installed plugins list UI slow to load

Plugins installed: (Sabnzbd, Couchpotato, Transmission, Headphones, Sickbeard: download_jail), (plexmediaserver: Plex_jail), (Btsync: btsync_jail)

Installed plugins list takes like 5 minutes to load every time. No noticeable errors in the log. I have had the Bad Gateway error pop for the pulgins before but it isn't happening here recently and doesn't seem to be too correlated.

I'm seeing this as well on a 9.3-alpha, so it may be related to how the code is loading the list. Might be worth making a bug report. If you do, post the issue number here.
