I tried to FreeNAS 9.3 installation CD-ROM with several PC and receive the following message: " you need at least one drive select "

I think it's telling you that you need to select a drive (preferably a USB drive) to install FreeNAS to. Do you have a USB drive plugged in before booting? Can you see it in that dialog?
It's a little tricky. As I recall, you highlight the drive with arrow keys and use the spacebar to select it. You should see an asterisk (*) when the drive is selected. Then you can hit OK.
