Import Software Raid

Hi All,

I had a 7.3 version on my hardware and have just this evening re-installed the latest version 8.3.1

I had a 2 x disk software RAID 1 (not sure what file system) and I am now trying to import that into my new installation.

I tried 'auto-import volume' but it didn't work. No error, just didn't import.

How do I setup my 2 disk RAID without loosing data?

Ok, i solved the problem.

I rebooted, and the volume appeared but could not browse, so I detached it. When I did an auto import volume again, it worked this time.

Now I have it setup as a share, are there any other cool features I can use? I'd like to stream music to my phone. How would I do that?

That's something that will depend on how you access your server from your phone, what your phone has on it in terms of software, etc. Pretty much, that's something you'll have to figure out for yourself. I use Plex, with the Plex server connected from another machine.
