I need suggestions on configuring Pool/vdev for fully virtualized TrueNas.

Hello everybody!
I'm setting up a VM with virtualized TrueNas Scale on a VxRAIL cluster (ESXI 7 with vSAN).
The purpose of this experiment is to store files that are used by some Docker containers, that run on another server and access data via NFS.
The ZFS Quotas feature is important in this particular environment.
The VM will have 4 vCPUs and 32GB of memory.
For storage, the VM must have at least 6 TB of usable space using vmdk virtual disks (I'm aware it's not recommended for production).
For academic reasons, my question is what could be the best Pool configuration format for this cenario, considering that every VMDK is on the same vSAN local storage?
I was thinking of a single Pool with a Raidz1 vdev with 4 disks of 2TB each.
Also, any other configuration suggestions to make this environment more secure and performant?
I am open to learning and listening to your suggestions.
Thanks!
