I don't understand what it means, I did match a strange memory, 2Rx4 + 1Rx8, but I didn't find any problems in the test, and I also used memtest

Not 100% here, but some more background info might be of use: Whats the motherboard? Whats the RAM? If not mistaken the Intel Xeon E5-2670 supports ecc & non ecc ram, so that might be good info for us too. Latest bios? Any recent changes? Did it ever run fine or did it error out right away?

I notice you did a SINGLE pass on memtest - what happens if you leave it overnight?

Issues persist if you take out some of the ram sticks? etc. etc.
