Hello all,
I installed the latest FreeNAS x64 version (8.3.1) on HP DL385 G5. All working fine, FreeNAS boot without problem, and the network goes up.
The problem is that I cannot find the disk to create the pool.

I installed FreeNAS on the first disk slot:

Then I put another two disks in the 2nd and 3rd slots. The problem is that freenas cannot recognize them:

Code:
[root@freenas] /# glabel status
          Name  Status  Components
 ufs/FreeNASs3     N/A  da0s3
 ufs/FreeNASs4     N/A  da0s4
ufs/FreeNASs1a     N/A  da0s1a

[root@freenas] /# gpart show
=>       32  286677088  da0  MBR  (136G)
         32         31       - free -  (15k)
         63    1930257    1  freebsd  [active]  (942M)
    1930320         63       - free -  (31k)
    1930383    1930257    2  freebsd  (942M)
    3860640       3024    3  freebsd  (1.5M)
    3863664      41328    4  freebsd  (20M)
    3904992  282772128       - free -  (134G)

=>      0  1930257  da0s1  BSD  (942M)
        0       16         - free -  (8.0k)
       16  1930241      1  !0  (942M)

Could someone help me? Thanks!

EDIT: Just tested both disks on other DL385 with redhat, and both working fine!!!!

OK GUYS! Sorry for wasting forum space! :(
Disk must be converted as logical disk by HPACUCLI (the hp utility), since in freenas there's no HPACUCLI, F8 during boot must be pressed to create Logical disk for each disk in the slot....

Just an FYI, when looking for disks use camcontrol devlist or dmesg for those camcontrol doesn't show.

Did you find a way of using HPACUCLI without rebooting? Have you found a way to install/use HPACUCLI on freenas without taking the machine offline?
