How to limit upload/download speed to samba clients

I have freenas server and 6 clients. I want to limit ul/dl speed to 5 clients and take 1 client full speed. Is it possible with freenas?

Agree with above comment. This is also a very strange request and leads me to assume you have other problems that need to be addressed. Or you should fix your bandwidth problem with a different solution.
