how to allow a user to have a limited access to the box GUI

i need to create a user that can only view alarm

unfortunately u can't. the only user able to access the webgui is the root user for what i know

Something like this will be possible with freenas 10 though.

This is toooooo BAD

i'm still waiting for a way to solve that issue !!!!

The "way to solve that issue" is to wait for FreeNAS 10. Or, since the alerts are emailed, set the root email address to forward to the other person you want to be able to see the alerts.
