How do I add an interface

I have been told to ask in this forum to ask how I should add an interface to a jail after disabling VIMAGE.
The person who told me to disable VIMAGE in the plugins forum, and assign an interface doesn't know how to do that, so that is why I am asking here

I have googled this question and looked in the FreeNAS docs, but can't see anything relating to the question

You don't need to add an interface. You do need to either select DHCP or set a static IP in the jail's configuration though (using the Edit button for that jail).

The Jails do have static IP's, ie 192.168.0.2 for Plexmedia server and 192.168.0.3 for emby.
I found that with VIMAGE enabled I could ping both Jails IP without any problem, but with VIMAGE disabled then there was a problem as the ping replies failed

Are the plugins accessible at their static IPs with VIMAGE unchecked? Why did you uncheck VIMAGE (ie what problem were you trying to solve)?

After I updated FreeNAS to the latest version, the emby server app was not listed in the left side menu, and I thought it had disappeared, so I installed it again. I then rebooted, and the ember server would not start, as it was turned off. I then posted this problem in the Plugins forum and it was there that I was told to disable VIMAGE and assign an interface. After disabling VIMAGE, I pinged the embey server on 192.168.0.3 and it did not reply, but when I enabled VIMAGE it did reply.
