I'm using FreeNas on two networks, one for management (public network) and the other for storage and sharing (internal network). How can I assign NFS, CIFS and iSCSI to a specific interface? I don't want NFS etc is available on the public network.

On all of these services it's possible to configure "who may use" . This will prevent use
of nfs/cifs/iscsi but i won't prevent abuse/probes. For that you to activate a packetfilter
( aka ipf, pf or an extarnal firewall ) and configure accordingly .

IMHO, you should reevaluate putting any kind of storage on a public network w/o a firewall. Its asking to be exploited and/or subverted.
