Hello everyone, I have a problem with the configuration of the home folder on cifs.
When I connect from a client to the server cifs clicking on the "homes" that I see on the net on windows 7 gives me a message "can not access \ \ NAS \ homes may be a network problem." As if I access a share with my user name and password, then I can access the folder "homes" and it makes me enter without problems. Why?
And it is as if windows authentication does not ask me to access my homes folder and simply say that there are no resources because obviously I have not been authenticated and therefore can not show them.
Thank you

make sure there is a directory with your username in /mnt/NAS/homes. Also make sure that directory is in lower case.
