Help with a new system

I built a system with a MSI B150M motherboard and a I5 CPU. When in install FreeNAS it says the the install is complete and reboot. When I do this the system freezes and if I reset the computer it freezes at installing the kernel. Is there some strange BIOS setting the needs to be changed?

Default bios settings are normal. What version of FreeNAS? From other posts it looks like this board might not work with FreeNAS.

This system is not really a FreeNAS system. Check it the hardware guide us you want to know what supported hardware looks like. It's mostly server stuff.
