I want [Transmission] to be stored in [xiazai] instead of [/usr/local/etc/transmission/home/Downloads] because I can access [download] via [smb]

I also tried to add a mount point, but it always fails, please tell me the correct way to add it.

I don't think I understand your question.

Are you asking if the CPU and the rest of the system must support VT (-x, -d? They're different things)? Not strictly, but systems old enough to not support them are probably too old to be a good choice. And you need a few things for VMs, including VT-x.

• VT-x is required to use virtual machine with bhyve. If you use only jails, VT-x is not required
• VT-d is required to passthrough a PCI device to a virtual machine. The typical scenario are
  • running FreeNAS as a guest on VMware ESXi
  • passthrough a PCI device to a bhyve virtual machine

Your processor Intel Xeon E3-1230v2 supports both VT-x and VT-d.
On some motherboard, there are options to enable/disable these features in the BIOS.
