Help me increase ZPOOL performance please!

Hello guys,

On a iSCSI zvol I'm getting average 30MB/s..

30MB/s over iscsi with redundant storage isn't bad, especially given the hardware you are using.

Here's what I get on a vm that has an imported nfs volume from my zpool:

[root@sme9b2 software]# dd if=/dev/zero of=/tst.file bs=1M count=1000
1000+0 records in
1000+0 records out
1048576000 bytes (1.0 GB) copied, 36.5526 s, 28.7 MB/s

My box is a little taxed on the moment, but not badly. On a good day I may get up in the low 40s.
