After researching a storage solution for our 10 users, I ended up on FreeNAS. I've been running it for just over a year (been perusing rather than joining until now) and its worked out nicely thus far. The forums are awesome as I've used them on several occasions to help me out of a jam. Thanks to all of you who've posted and hopefully I'll be more interactive moving forward.
