We were all noobs at one time or another. [In the case of some of us, that may have been when dinosaurs roamed the earth]. Read carefully, experiment, and learn. As you are learning, help people out on the forums. There will always be some people with problems that are beyond your ability to help (happens to me a lot), but there are also a lot of common questions that are well within the reach of a relatively new user. Many hands make light work.
