HDD - should i be concerned with this

Im seeing more activity on this drive and im thinking its on its way out? Its part of a Raidz1

in addition, this is not a concern but is it a bug? both uptime and system time are the same, yet its been up 12minutes, shouldnt up time be less than the system time? only wondering?

For your first problem (offline / pending sectors) there already exist a lot of threads and answers - e.g. SMART error (CurrentPendingSector) detected on host (more links included). A simple search could have helped you there..
But in a nutshell: Yes, that's a lot of failing sectors - the drive is probably dying, see the links for possible solutions.

Regarding smartd: Check your S.M.A.R.T. settings, but for me it looks like smart eventuelly gets started, since it is reporting the bad sectors.

Regarding uptime: You probably misinterpret the information, it says the system has been up for 12 minutes at a certain point in time (usually now, hence here: 11:39 AM).

cheers, all as i though, SMART looks ok and seems fine and on. by bag on the times, just a though. cheers

Does smart stop the HDD from spinning down? smart setting are set to idle!?
