Hi there,
I'm just implementing my very first FreeNAS system following Grinch's burn-in guide (Thank you again for that nice stuff). Right now I am testing two Seagate Exos 7E8 3,5" ST8000NM0055 with Solnet's array test.
During the serial and parallel array read tests FreeNAS' disk reporting showed me an almost identical (and expected) behavior of both Seagates. But during the parallel seek-stress array read the HDs are showing a quite different behavior:
Does anybody of the experienced members have an idea of which reason could cause this different curves?
