I have a freeNAS box cobbled together up and running. The build consists of
Build:FreeNAS-9.2.1.3-RELEASE-x64 (dc0c46b)
Platform:Intel(R) Core(TM)2 Duo CPU E4600 @ 2.40GHz
Memory: 8170MB
The OS is installed on a SD card and Sata adapter
USB3 adapter card
Sans Digital TR5UT+B 5Bay USB 3 tower with 5 2tb WD Red HD installed.

I bought some new equipment:
Supermicro MBD-A1SRi-2758F-O Mini ITX Motherboard
16 gb ram
Fractal Design FD-CA-NODE-804 case.

I would like to move the hard drives from the usb3 tower to the new case without reinstalling Freenas.
Is it possible? If so how?
Thank you
Ken

Depends. If the USB controller didn't do anything stupid to them, you can just remove them and connect them with SATA.
