Hardware suggestions please?

Hi guys, Im going to build a new FreeNAS to replace my old one. I am struggling picking which motherboard and cpu to buy(Too many options), some advice would be great. I will be using 5x2TB drives(i want it future proof) and then also putting in the 5x500GB drives from my old NAS. Ill be putting the 2TB drives and the 500GB drives each in a RAIDZ. It will need to be able to cope with 2-3 HD movies being streamed off it at a time. It will also be used for backing up all the desktop/laptops via TimeMachine.

Can somebody please recommend a good motherboard and CPU for me? Ive hoping to get away with 8GB of ram. Im planning on using a USB key as a boot drive. Ive been looking into PCIe SATA controllers so at least 2 PCIe slots would be great.

Thx for the reply, Price is important but not my biggest concern, my biggest concern is just getting something that will work and be fast. Excluding hard drives, case and PSU i was thinking a few hundred dollars. Is that realistic?

Ok so here is the list of what i think im going to get.

MOBO: ASUS M4A88TD-M/USB3
CPU: AMD Athlon II X2 255
Ram: 2x Kingston 4GB 240-Pin DDR3
Will also get a 600W power supply.

What do you guys think? Ive found an awesome rack mount chassis on ebay too with 10 drive bays. I shouldnt need to put in a new network card right? I just need to pick a good 4 port sata controller now.
