GUI install freenas (not in VM/Jail)

Hello;

I have a freenas 9.10 running nicely but would like to try and get popcorn time working on it. I already have plex in a jail running and was thinking I could install a GUI and then run popcorn time for *nix and HDMI to my TV.

I have seen options to run VMbox in a jail but that wont give me the HDMI GUI output I need for popcorntime to work with my TV.

Searching for a higher WAF than using popcorn of her laptop with wires over the living room!

FreeNAS does not support anything beyond basic console output.

Im assuming there is no way to "migrate" my current setup to freebsd without starting over?

Your data will be untouched, but all settings and shares will need to be setup all over again. There is no way to import your shares, which isn't really a big deal
