There's no FreeBSD version of Unifi Video, according to the download page, and it's not available as a FreeBSD pkg or port. Your only option is to run it in a bhyve VM. See the Guide, Section 18, on how to create a VM, and Section 13, on how to create a share for the VM to hold the recorded video.
