Just an FYI, in an Intel Pentium small server running latest 13, I've had repeated CAM status: Command timeout, almost always on ada3 (on MB sata). To fix this, I tried:
1. boot into older install
2. changing sata cables
3. changing disk (different mfg)
None of this fixed. Fixed by adding pci 4-port sata card (ASMedia 1064 - I've had good luck with ASM chips in TrueNAS) & swapping pool drive fm md sata to pci card sata.
No problems since, including multiple scrubs.
