I'm getting this error after updating 9.3.1 and then trying to update to 9.10

I was experiencing this problem (SSL3_GET_SERVER_CERTIFICATE:certificate verify failed) earlier. Also tried upgrading from the 9.10 iso. Had problems with that as well. Ended up reinstalling 9.3 latest version clean and applying configuration saved earlier today. Everything was clean and running OK after that. System verify found no differences.

Then I saw "working now, thanks!" so I attempted to upgrade again. After the reboot 9.10 is installed, but system verify returns this:
