FreeNAS Upgrade from 11.1-U6.3

Hi All,

I've been sat patiently waiting for the progress bar to move passed 1/4 (100% / 25%) whilst running a ping. I stopped all services apart from SSH and took a backup of the config before using the GUI to Apply patches. I can login via SSH but the GUI is non-responding... please let me know what to check before I turn it off and on again.. starting to panic :-O I'll grab a monitor from somewhere and see what the box is telling me..

Looks like a networking issue. Are you able to ping that URL?

Hi.. yeah ping worked fine.. I ended up turning the machine off and waiting for a couple of reboots to sort it out. Looks like the upgrade process hung, thankfully everything is now working.
