#freenas IRC ban for flapping connection

Hello,

I've been "temp"-banned from the #freenas channel on FreeNode because I had a flapping connection and it created some unwelcome join/leave spam. So far so good. I fixed the problem next day and tried messaging the operators (jpaetzel and _jkh_) several times without ever receiving any response or the ban being lifted. This was about four weeks ago. If I'm no longer welcome at the channel due to this single technical issue this is fine with me but I'd really like some form of response. My FreeNode account is "ploynog".

Sorry for bothering the forums, but I don't seem to get anywhere on IRC.

Looks like freenode implemented the ban but jpaetzel fixed it. You should be good now.
