FreeNAS 9.2.0 USF nothing works

My first installation and NAS on a Pentium 4 with 3 GB RAM, one hard drive at 120 GB. Did the 32bit installation on USB thumbdrive. I can login from another computer to the GUI but nothing works, I can not change anything at all as in permissions, can't install plugins but I can copy and paste files on the volume from one computer to the NAS. I am a total n00b when it comes to this so please explain in terms a noob can understand! Using USF not ZFS

If you have problems with the GUI, try a different browser. Also the 32 bit Version is not very well tested, and likely to be discontinued in the future. Most of the plugins are only available for 64 bit, and they will only work with ZFS volumes.

Thanks warri, I tried to install the 64bit version but the install failed with an error which I do not remember. I guess I will wait until I can get better hardware to run on.
