FreeNAS-8.0.2-RELEASE-i386 system halts while installing

Hello all
I have this config:

- supermicro X9SCL-F, LGA1155, Intel® C202 PCH, 4xDDR3 ECC, 2xPCI-Ex8 / PCI-Ex4, 6xSATA RAID 0,1,5,10, 2x1Gb, LAN, video, IPMI, m-ATX
- Intel Xeon E3-1230

- RAID Adaptec RAID 5805, PCI-Ex8, 512MB cache, 8 int. ch. SAS/SATA, 2xSFF-8087, RAID 0,1,10,5,6,50 1
- 8x SATA Hitachi HDS723020BLA642, P7K2000, 2TB, 7200rpm, 64Mb cache, SATA 3.5" on raid
+ SSD intel 80 GB for system

When i'm trying to install freenas FreeNAS-8.0.2-RELEASE-i386 system halt after
line "em0: Using MSI interrupt "

What can you advice to do?
Freenas 7 works from live cd on this server

First, you should be using the AMD64 installation, not i386, see the FAQ for an explanation.
Next, try disabling your on-board network and see if you are able to boot. It's hanging on your network startup/driver loading.
