Dec 1 16:56:08 freenas root: ZFS: zpool I/O failure, zpool=Vol01 error=6
Dec 1 16:56:09 freenas last message repeated 400 times

And the Vol01 becomes unresponsive, if i try to access to it. It appens, i think, only when a big file (50 Gb or more), is written to the NFS share....

Any hint about this?

Cordially,

Claudio.

Either the hard drive or the sata cable to that drive is bad. Try with another sata cable first.
