I've just made fresh 11.3-U3 install, and everything worked "fine" (more or less, i.e. AD notification now says HEALTHY constantly, ...) , but after server restart smb shares are not showing up. Server itself is present in network neighborhood, can be selected but shows no shares. The only way to make share(s) visible again is to do SMB service restart (server restart not needed) ... tried many many times and am pretty sure in this behavior
Restarting SMB service once per server restart is "acceptable", but what if it stops sharing without this "recovery" option?
Plan is to migrate 70+ users from win2012r2 file server to freenas and this seems not stable enough, or ?
