FreeNAS-11.1-RELEASE and new UI - can't find
a) the Plugins to install
b) jails are empty - i can't find my Plugins (which i can see in the Old GUI)

That's right. The new UI shows iocage jails; the old UI shows warden jails. As has been extensively discussed in the threads about the new UI.
