Flash drive died during 9.10 upgrade

Prior to initiating the upgrade I made a backup of my config. I then initiated the upgrade through the web gui and all went well until it rebooted. When it tried to reboot there was a zfs mount error 2 on the screen. I'm assuming my flash drive died.

Can I install 9.10 on a new flash drive and restore my 9.3 config on to it? Or, do I need to install 9.3 and restore my config then update.

Perform a fresh install of 9.10 and import your configuration.

Thanks that worked. I wasn't sure if it was freenas or my edgerouter that didn't allow you to use an older version backup.
