[Feature Request] Bulk App upgrades

I believe two new entries should be added to the "Bulk Actions" menu.

1. Select Upgradable
2. Upgrade

When multiple upgrades are available at once. it becomes extremely time consuming to upgrade each app individually.

This should help with streamlining the process of upgrading multiple apps at once

So 22.12 would be December 2022. Which would be early next year. So yes, it will take a while bearing any unforeseen setbacks. I have SCALEd back my deployment of applications on TrueNAS SCALE to the minimum necessary until this is implemented. Almost an hour a week just clicking around in the UI to get everything updated. Honestly considering just running a VM with Portainer until this get added.

3 Dots > Upgrade > Wait on UI > Upgrade > Wait on UI > Wait for UI Refresh > Scroll down till you get to the next Application that needs updating > Repeat 30+ times once a week. Who thought this was a good user experience? lmao You shouldn't have automatic upgrades on a server? What about Bulk Action > Upgrade? It is not like you need to individually update every package on a server. Image a world where you needed to sudo apt update and sudo apt upgrade every single package individually on an Ubuntu Server... brutal. At least on Core you could && your way to victory via a cron job.
