Here's my config:
FreeNAS-8.0.1-RC1-amd64 (7508)
Core(TM) i3 CPU 540 @ 3.07GHz
8GB RAM
SuperMicro X8SIL
Three Syba PCI Express SATA II 4 x Ports RAID Controller Card SY-PEX40008
Nine CFI-B53PM 5 Port Backplane (SiI3726)
45 3TB Hitachi HD's
Three volumes (Vol1, Vol2 and Vol3) each configure with 14 drive(s) + spare ZFS zraid2
Here are my issue(s):
- In testing we created and then exported three volumes (1,2 and 3) - only Volume 2's drives showed up to be used in creating a new volume.
- In testing we created three volumes (1, 2, and 3) then restored FreeNAS settings to default. After reboot, we were only able to import Volume 1 - the other volumes didn't show up for importing (empty drop down list) and the drives showed up to be used in new volumes. We didn't have a chance to do a 'zpool status' after this happened.
Thoughts?
