Ethernet NICs 25+ Gbps that work with TrueNAS & ESXi?

I'm looking for some high speed NICs for a TrueNAS box that will serve as an ESXi iSCSI datastore.

Which >10 Gbps NICs are known to work with TrueNAS and ESXi?

What does iXsystems use in their enterprise boxes?

Nice-to-have but not required:
1) PCIe 4
2) RDMA/RoCE (even if TrueNAS doesn't support it yet)
