Error while creating img file on USB

hi guys, very new to this..
i am trying to create freenas USB but when i am following the instruction i am getting the following error message

i have tried different usb stick but still getting the same error , kindly help.

yep.. i did diskpart before creating this USB.. and i have tried on both OS , win XP and win 7.. same results..

You might want to try burning the ISO to a CD and using one of your other systems to install the OS onto the flash drive.

hi Gpsguy..
i have tried that as well on my existing Windows 7 laptop.. made sure that system is set to boot from cd/dvd/rom but when it boot i get an error message "no operating system found"...

Tell us a bit about your server hardware, ie. motherboard vendor and model, CPU and amount of RAM.

Does your system have an UEFI bios?

ok guys...
its working now.. i had to reburn my ISO img file once again, pop the disk in, boot the system and it took me right to the freenas initial screen..
