eBay shows 3 different same model Xeon cpu, which should I get?

Try to buy a cpu, but model are slightly Different on eBay. Do you know what's the difference between Xeon e5-2680 v3, e5-2680 v3 es, and e5-2680 qs?

For this I like to check the ark.intel pages. I find them sufficiently detailed and informative to tell me which I would prefer.

Yeah, I was checking the Intel side before posting, but upon research I think that's not the kind of info you'll find in the page. I think it has to do with pre-production samples and quality samples, which are not mainstreams. I think I'll stay away from those.

ES = engineering sample, NOT final retail version
QS = quality sample, NOT final retail version

If you don't know exactly what you are getting into avoid both of those versions
